Refunds

Current position

Swift is not accepting payments. Registering interest is free, creates no obligation, and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

When purchases open

• A completed purchase of a digital asset is generally final once it settles to the ledger, because the transfer cannot be unwound.
• A payment that fails, is duplicated, or is taken in error will be returned to the original payment method.
• A purchase that has not yet settled may be cancelled before settlement.
• Where Indian consumer or payment regulation grants a stronger right than this policy, that regulation prevails.

Disputes

A dispute process, including timelines and the contact route for raising one, will be published in full before purchases open. Read the risk disclosure before acquiring any digital asset.
